Van Gaal  is not a bad manager because he has been successful in the past but I think he needs to change his philosophy.

Those times players were treated like robots and had to play in a certain way so as to please the manager but nowadays most players want to express themselves.

They want to be able to beat the next man,  defenders want to score same as a Midfielder. Playing two defensive Mid fielders is killing the joy of football.

If football  was to be played the Van Gaal way we could have never known Paul Scholes, Roy Keane,  Patrick Vieira or even Yaya Toure.

The loss against Bournemouth was not to say the least humiliating. Was Van Gaal creating an excuse by deciding to play McNair instead of Jones or Introducing Perreira instead Young when Lingard was injured?

The substitutions were baffling. Fellaini who had at his best game of the season was substituted for Powell and all this time Schneiderlin was on the bench.

I won't be surprised if this team finish 6th in the premier league. I still feel that Man City, Arsenal , Tottenham, Leicester and Liverpool will finish above us. The squad despite the huge sums spent isn't good enough and the manager has little knowledge of the premier league
